Kriterion Conservation Architects is committed to sensitively transforming our significant heritage assets by protecting and enriching our built and cultural heritage for the benefit of present and future generations.
Our conservation architects, including a RIBA accredited Specialist Conservation Architect and a RIAI accredited Conservation Architect Grade I, are passionate about conserving listed and historic buildings, giving them new long-term sustainable uses whilst taking cognisance of the historic and architectural significance of the building, its heritage value, and its location such as a Conservation Area, UNESCO World Heritage Site, Area of Special Scientific Interest or Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
Our conservation expertise is widely recognised. Most recently, the Grade A listed Crumlin Road Gaol won the RICS 2014 Project of the Year Award. Six of our conservation projects have been awarded the prestigious William Keown Trust Access Award in recognition of our contribution to providing an accessible user-friendly environment, a significant achievement in listed buildings.
