We pay great attention to our consultative
design approach which gives clients
the buildings that they desire. We do
not impose solutions.

AND FEASIBILITY STUDIES
We have extensive experience of carrying
out appraisals, particularly along Architectural
Heritage Fund guidelines, investigating viable new uses.

CONSERVATION REPORTS AND
CONSERVATION PLANS
Preparation of reports including historic
analysis, existing and proposed plans,
condition reports based on detailed survey and proposals. Management and maintenance

DISABILITY
DISCRIMINATION ACT ASSESSORS
The Disability
Discrimination Act 1995 offers those with disabilities the same
rights of access and enjoyment of property as the rest of society. Kriterion
Conservation Architects employ specialist DDA advisers and assessors who can
carry out audits of properties with recommendations and associated costs for
remedial measures required.
MASTERPLANNING
Kriterion Conservation Architects deliver
a master-planning design service for
large groups of buildings or estates,
often designing suites of buildings
with
a ‘campus’ feel.
SUSTAINABLE BUILDING DESIGN

CDM CO-ORDINATOR
The Construction (design and management)
Regulations (NI) 2007 insist that
a CDM
Co-ordinator is appointed at the outset who will ensure that each
project is designed, built and maintained
with Health and Safety in mind. |
