Kriterion Conservation Architects provided architectural services including CDMC for the refurbishment of 36 Fenian Street, Dublin 2, to facilitate the re-location of The Centre of Literary Translation. The building is a Protected Structure.
The fit out provided office accommodation for staff, post graduate students and researchers. Kriterion Conservation Architects managed all aspects of the design process, including outline and detailed design stage including statutory applications and approvals; tender stage, construction, handover and final account services associated with refurbishment works, conservation works and works to historic buildings generating innovative and creative solutions that met client requirements.
We also prepared and managed the Disability Access Certificate and Fire Certificate.
