Kriterion Conservation Architects and our sister company, Hamilton Architects, are delighted to have four projects shortlisted in five categories in this year’s RICS Awards.

The regional awards, which showcase the best projects across land, real estate, construction and infrastructure, will be announced on 25th May at a ceremony at La Mon Hotel just outside Belfast.

Enniskillen Castle Museum and John Bell House are both vying for the Conservation Award, while NI National Football Stadium at Windsor Park is shortlisted in the Commercial category.

Brooke Park in Derry-Londonderry is a contender in both of the heavily subscribed Community Benefit and Regeneration categories.

Enniskillen Castle Museum and NI National Football Stadium are both finalists in the Tourism and Leisure categories.

“We’re delighted that our projects have been shortlisted by the judges and look forward to a great night out with our sectoral colleagues,” said Paul Millar, Partner.
